At VOS™ , we recognize that business doesn't run just 9 to 5. We deliver 24x7 support and help desk as a standard service along with all hosted solutions.
Phone Support
VOS™ toll-free live technical support is available for all users from 8:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. The same toll-free number is used for emergency technical support on a call-back basis for time outside of the live support window.
Help Desk
This section will allow you to submit a question regarding your VOS™ account. Once a VOS™ representative receives your question from the queue, you will receive an email with information regarding the solution or status of your reported issue. |
